Per quanto riguarda la moringa mi sento meglio a livello di gonfiore mi aiuta molto e mi da anche energia durante la giornata. Per quello della menopausa purtroppo meno le vampate ci sono ancora e soprattutto la notte sudo molto e non ho un sonno costante mi sveglio spero migliori è comunque da poco che ho iniziato.

In Bezug auf die Menopause sind leider die Hitzewallungen immer noch da, und vor allem nachts schwitze ich viel und habe keinen konstanten Schlaf. Ich hoffe, es wird besser, aber ich habe erst vor Kurzem angefangen.
